Where are you based? Where do you ship from?
We're based in Cheras, Selangor. All orders ship directly from our logistics warehouse in Hulu Selangor.
How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
Usually, after order has been placed, we will ship your item on the next working days, and should arrive to you within 1 to 5 working days depending on your location.
Expect another 2 to 3 extra days for delivery to Sabah & Sarawak.
How do I check the status of my order?

Do you have any product warranty?
We have a 30-Day free returns and exchange policy. If your product is defected upon received, kindly reach us within 14 days for us to arrange a new replacement.
Can I wash Babywatt ONE with hot water?
using pipe water is fine too as long as you wash the brush with detergent.
Otherwise, you can give a short 5-minute dip of the brush into hot water for sterilisation (optional).
